Yosemite Falls

To avoid crowds, we got up early in the morning. We hoped to take a few nice shots of the first rays of sun reflecting on the surrounding mountain peaks.  The reflection of the falls and trees in Merced River was equally stunning.  We found a nice spot for capturing Upper and Lower Yosemite Falls in one shot which was not far away from Swinging Bridge.

While it was still cool enough for a hike, we decided to go to Vernal and Nevada Falls.  When you cross Yosemite Creek, there is a fountain with  drinking water, so refill your bottles here as there is no drinking water available on the rest of the trail.
